EPISODE 12

-> Ji-eun is drinking alone because she feels bad. Jung-min is calling her but she wont answer. Instead, she called Sae-hoon. Sae-hoon actually came. She asks him to drink with her but he tells her he has to drive so he cant. She tells him then she’ll drink alone. Sae-hoon wants to stop her so he holds her hand and they go all awkward.
JE: The longer I live, the more I realize that the old sayings are never wrong. What goes around comes around. I’m getting exactly what I deserve for what you went through. My dad was so bad to you. You had to listen such harsh words. He even slapped you, and he threw water at you. (Honey, that was your mom.) And he even threw an ashtray at you. So actually, what I’m going through is nothing compared to what you suffered.
SH: What is it that you want to say?
JE: What do I want to say?
SH: I don’t like seeing you this way.
JE: Why not? Aren’t you glad? (her tears are falling) I think I’d be cheering if I were you. Don’t look at me like that. Couldn’t you laugh at me?
SH: I’ll drive you home.
JE: Do you know why I asked you to come? Because I thought I had to say I’m sorry. I thought I had to say it. I’m sorry.
Ji-eun stands up to leave, but falls, Sae-hoon runs to stand her up, Ji-eun breaks down and cry. Sae-hoon puts her inside his car and brings her home. Mi-ran’s having them followed. (that psycho!)
-> Sae-hoon and Ji-eun are sitting side by side.
JE: I shouldn’t have called you.
SH: I’m thankful that you called me. You finally said you were sorry.
JE: We’re such fools. No, I’m the foolish one.
SH: Everyone’s a fool. We say hurtful things because we don’t have enough patience. We turn around and regret. And then we try to forget. But we’re reminded from time to time and that hurt us. Most people live foolishly because they can’t overcome crucial moments. We should’ve been more patient.
JE: I was never a good woman to you.
SH: Do you know why I was determine to succeed? I wanted to succeed and get back everything I lost. The people I lost, the time I lost, I wanted it all back. I have lots of memories of you. The first time we met…what you were wearing that day…I remember you standing outside my place. I remember your parents dragging you sobbing from the Jeju villa. Our wedding day…I remember the dress you wore. That’s why we should’ve endured it all. (Ack~~~!)
JE: I’m sorry. There were so many things I didn’t know back then.
SH: No I’m sorry. I was deliberately horrible to you when we met again. I’m sorry. I’m sorry too for not knowing how difficult your life was.
JE: That’s enough. We should never met again. No, I should’ve left you alone from the beginning.
SH: No, I shouldn’t have let you go then.
JE: We can’t go back now. Just as I’m not the immature rich girl anymore, you’re no longer the poor student. I wouldn’t feel comfortable even when I see you in the office. Today was just a dream.

-> Yeo-jin is giving Young-eun instructions when Bok-ja walks in. (Young-eun, Yeo-jin and Ho-jin are conning Bok-ja to make her notice of Yeo-jin’s feelings towards her.) Youg-eun starts kissing Yeo-jin all over and saying mushy things to her, when they know that Bok-ja is listening. Bok-ja is green with envy or jealousy or whatever. Bok-ja asks Yeo-jin why all of a sudden he changed his feelings overnight. Yeo-jin laughs at her inside. (hehe.)

-> Sae-hoon, Ji-eun and Ji-eun’s female boss are having lunch at the cafeteria. Jung-min sees them and joins them. Ji-eun feels uncomfortable. (Jung-min and Ji-eun has broken up at this point.)
JM: Aren’t you even going to say hi?
JE: Please excuse me.
JM: It’s bad manners to leave before your superiors.
SH: It’s all right.
JM: You must be happy that the CEO favors you.
SH: Isn’t it only natural for the CEO to be good to his employees?
JM: (sarcastically) You’re so kind. (stands up to leave) Don’t eat too much. I don’t find women with bellies attractive. (He’s going to repeat this line in a later episode.)

-> Jung-min talks rudely to Sae-hoon while he’s talking with clients. Sae-hoon is pissed because he’s doing business. Jung-min says why don’t they talk at an unofficial gathering. They went to the rooftop.
SH: What is that attitude earlier? I told you not to mix personal feelings with business.
JM: Wasn’t personal feelings involved when you were interacting with a brand manager? (Brand manger = Ji-eun)
SH: What do you see me as? How much longer are you going to see me as her ex-husband? We’re at work, and I’m your boss!
JM: A boss that can always be replaced by my dad!
SH: (holding on to Jung-min’s collar) Do you think you can say anything you want? Do it again, and I wont put up with you anymore.
Jung-min punches Sae-hoon, Sae-hoon punches back, Jung-min falls to the ground.
JM: Look Jang Sae-hoon, stop being a coward, and don’t keep hanging around her. SAY YOU WANT HER IF YOU WANT HER.
SH: CAN YOU GIVE HER TO ME IF I WANT HER BACK? (-> Woohoo!!! My favorite!)
JM: So that’s how you truly feel. Do as you please. It’ll be interesting to see the results.
SH: She was my life once, and she left me. I’d be lying if I told you I didn’t feel anything every time I see her.
JM: You can only love someone when you can be responsible for your feelings! (Look who’s talking! You’ll swallow all of that in the next episodes!) What does mi-ran mean to you?
SH: That’s none of your business! Seo Jung-min, listen good. The reason I accepted Ji-eun for the position wasn’t because she’s your girlfriend or because she’s my ex-wife. I didn’t hire her so you could have your office romance! This is your last warning! Stop being so arrogant. Do it one more time, and it’s either you or me! (Wahaha…Sae-hoon you’re so cool!!)

-> Look here, Mi-ran is watching “The Classic”!! The part where Joon-ah (Jo Seung-woo) and Joo-hee (Son Ye-jin) are running in the woods because it’s raining.

-> Ji-eun wouldn’t get back together with Jung-min because she tells him they’re not right for each other. Jung-min thinks it’s because of what his dad did, so he goes to his dad and begs him to apologize to Ji-eun. His dad was enraged and throws an alarm clock at him. It hit below his right eye. But that didn’t stop him, he even kneels down in front of him but his dad didn’t granted his wish. (I still like Jung-min when I watched this episode so I liked this scene, because he even knelt in front of his dad. Thinking about it now, Jung-min is pretty shallow, did he really think that was Ji-eun’s reason for breaking up with him? It’ll get worse, I’ll realize soon that he’s really stupid…)

-> Jung-min is in the lift and stops at one floor. Ji-eun is outside, seeing him inside, she wouldn’t get in and will wait for the next one. When the door’s about to close, Jung-min stops it with his hand and tells Ji-eun, “Get in. I’ll get out.” (Ok, that was sweet. Then I was like, “Ahh..” But now, I’m not too excited.)

-> Ahh!!! MI-ran can stand!!! And Sae-hoon sees it before him!!!
Quotes:
”You should go in first since your position is higher than mine.” – Jung-min
EPISODE 13

-> This time it’s Sae-hoon who’s feeling down because there’s a problem at work. Ji-eun goes home and sees him outside her house.
SH: Can you be my friend?
Sae-hoon and Ji-eun are sitting by side, drinking. They talk (but that’s too long to write) and when Ji-eun was about to leave…
SH: I don’t think I could ever get away from you, no matter how far I try to run away. Could we…? (OMG!)
JE: If I am allowed to love again…I don’t think, it’ll be with you. It’s not because of Mi-ran or Jung-min. it’s because it was over between us a long time ago. (Ugh!)

-> The problem at the Seolin company is that someone leaked the information that there are pirated Seolin products in the market. Sae-hoon and Jung-min both knew it’s Mi-ran. Why did Mi-ran do this? She wants to make Sae-hoon leave Seolin and go back to America with her to keep him away from Ji-eun. Anyways, Jung-min goes to Mi-ran and asks her about this. Mi-ran is denying it. She says that Jung-min has a motive to do that also because he loves Ji-eun too much just like she loves Sae-hoon. Love this Jungmin’s line -> “Yes. I’m madly in love with Ji-eun. But I don’t waste my time on dishonest love. Do you know why? Because I want to be able to look in her eyes.”

->Bok-ja is watching Yeo-jin and Young-eun PDA-ing during lunch.
BJ: Do you have to be like that even when eating?
YE: (to Bok-ja) Be more understanding, since we’re dating. (to Yeo-jin) Honey.
YJ: Yes?
YE: This vegetable looks so good. Open your mouth, sweetie.
BJ: I THINK I’M GOING TO GAG. (Hak hak hak.)
YE: Thanks to you, Yeo-jin and I got together.
Young-eun and Yeo-jin leave after a while, then Ho-jin arrives with his lunch.
BJ: I really think I’m going to get sick. How could they change just like that overnight?
HJ: Bok-ja, have you ever shopped for a stereo? (Bok-ja with a what’s-the-connection? expression on her face) To a man, a woman is like a stereo. First, you look for the best and the top of the line. Then your legs start hurting and you worry about next month’s credit card payments. So you end up buying a mini-component. The speakers maybe smaller but it doesn’t take up much room. I guess that’s how Yeo-jin felt about you. (Bok-ja thinking) Should I be honest and guess how you’re feeling now? (Hmm…I guess that’s true…)
BJ: (shouting super loud at Ho-jin’s ears) I don’t want you to be honest!!!!!!!!! (She then leaves Ho-jin alone)
HJ: My eardrums, I better finish eating.

-> Jung-min and Ji-eun run into each other at the corridor. Ji-eun is avoiding Jung-min but he would block her way every time.
JE: Please move.
JM: If I can’t?
JE: Please move. It’s hard for me to face you.
JM: Stand still. Let’s stand facing each other for a minute.
JE: We can never be together. You should despise me.
Ji-eun leaves.

-> One of the best scenes in this drama. Too bad it’s a Ji-eun-Jung-min scene. The stock room catches fire because of a defective fluorescent light. Ji-eun was the only one inside the room when it happened because everyone else went to lunch. Ji-eun was freaking out inside. Meanwhile, Jung-min comes (because in the previous scene, he told Ji-eun that they have to go to lunch and have a talk) and once he finds out that Ji-eun is trapped inside he rushes to the room. He does everything to save Ji-eun. Outside, Sae-hoon also arrives and just like Jung-min, he wanted to rush inside to save Ji-eun but he was stopped by the firefighters. He’s struggling to escape but they wouldn’t let him. (I so pity Sae-hoon here. Actually, I wanted him to be the one who saves Ji-eun. Kainis.) While saving Ji-eun, Jung-min hurt/burned his left hand, Ji-eun is worried and hugs Jung-min. Just then, the firefighters come and kill the fire. Ji-eun and Jung-min come out, holding hands. Sae-hoon sees everything from afar. When Ji-eun was brought to the ambulance, Sae-hoon followed her with gaze, Ji-eun is also looking back at him. (This scene was greatly done. The musical scoring is perfect. Lee Eun-joo’s acting is wonderful. Nakakainis lang kase obviously, Ji-eun and Jung-min are back together. But I discovered something, when Eric was lying down, I notice his “thing” is bulgy! Woohoo!!)
EPISODE 14

-> Jung-min and Ji-eun are talking. The best part:
JE: You almost died because of me…
JM: When you left me, I almost died.

-> 2 things about this scene: 1) They both have pink neckties! (Lol.) and 2) When Jung-min told Sae-hoon, “You’re so cool!” and “Are you looking for some sort of friendship from me?”

-> (Another “Aww..Poor Sae-hoon” scene.) Ji-eun and Jung-min just had lunch, it was Ji-eun who bought it. Jung-min motions Ji-eun come near him because he’s going to say something.
JM: Do you know why the Korean war broke out?
Meanwhile, Ho-jin and Sae-hoon are walking, Ho-jin sees Ji-eun and Jung-min and looks at Sae-hoon. Jung-min kisses Ji-eun on the cheek. (Jung-min-Ji-eun KISS # 3.)
JM: Because we were caught off guard.
Sae-hoon sees this. Jung-min sees Sae-hoon, her facial expression changes, Ji-eun also sees Sae-hoon. Sae-hoon leaves.

-> Jung-min fakes that his arm is hurting. Ji-eun goes, “What’s wrong? Does it hurt?” Jung-min than says, “See, you like me? You like me a lot.” (It’s cute but it feels like Jung-min is pushing himself towards Ji-eun too much. And it’s kinda lame to get back with Ji-eun just because you saved her. That’s blackmail. Now, why am I still putting these Jung-min scenes here? You have no choice, this is my blog. Kidding. Because then, I liked Jung-min but now, while I’m encoding this, I question everything that Jung-min did.)

-> (This is so funny! Super thanks to the 4 – Bok-ja, Yeo-jin, Young-eun and Ho-jin for the comic relief!) Bok-ja dresses like Young-eun to get Yeo-jin back. While she’s at the elevator, Yeo-jin and Ho-jin arrive. Ho-jin is shocked and drooling.
YJ: By any chance, have you gone crazy?
HJ: They do say that a change in a woman’s appearance is never a sin! Ai figure to die for!
YJ: Stop staring at her!
HJ; What’s wrong with my looking at her? You look really good!
BJ: Do I look strange? I don’t look pretty?
YJ: Do you think those fishnet stockings look good on you?
BJ: No.
YJ: No? Then why are you wearing them?
BJ: You said you fell for Young-eun because she was wearing fishnet stockings (showing off her legs) Break up with Young-eun now!
YJ: (laughing) What are you talking about? The bus has already left! In fact, it left a while ago!
Bok-ja cant take it anymore so she grabs Yeo-jin’s face and kisses him. Right then Yeo-jin wakes up from his dream. (Got it? Everything was Yeo-jin’s dream.) He was dozing off at work and Bok-ja hit him. Haha.

-> Mi-ran is still hiding from Sae-hoon that she can stand already. Sae-hoon didn’t tell her that he knows either. Sae-hoon surprises Mi-ran by coming to her therapy session, Mi-ran is heck shocked. Sae-hoon is carrying Mi-ran, allowing her to float in the water.
SH: If I let you go, you’d sink? (Go Sae-hoon! he’s really cute when wet!!! His face turns reddish!)
MR: You wouldn’t let go.
SH: I could let go.
MR: Will, stop kidding around,
SH: Kidding around? Did you say I’m kidding around?
MR: What’s the matter? (her feet move)
SH: Mi-ran. That’s enough.
MR: What are you talking about?
SH: A dishonest person always leaves a trace behind.
Sae-hoon lets go of Mi-ran and walks away. Mi-ran sinks and is struggling. In the end, she moves her feet to push her way out of the water. When she resurfaced, Sae-hoon was standing by the pool, watching her. (Hahahaha…It’s over, Mi-ran!)

-> After that, Sae-hoon sees Ji-eun walking in the sidewalk. He tells her, “Don’t make any decisions… yet. Wait.” (Basically, he’s thinking it would be patient because he’s not with Mi-ran anymore. It would be easier, and so he thought…)

-> Jung-min brings Ji-eun 3 boxes of cake.
JM: This is your mom’s favorite, blueberry cheesecake. This is your sister’s favorite white chocolate cake. And this is your favorite, Boston cream pie.
JE: I’ll eat it well.
JM: You want me to leave? You should offer me a piece of cake. I promise I’ll leave after I finish a piece. (walks to the house) You should carry it all since you have strong arms. (Ok, that was sweet. Lol. It’s pretty obvious I’m going to give in for food! Haha.)
Quote:
“Don’t be silly, just get in, I can’t carry you with my injured arm.” – Jungmin
