EPISODE 11

 

 

† Ang paghaharap nina HWangbo at Sung-baek. Okay, girls, choose. The guy on the left or the guy on the right?

 

 

† When Chae-ohk saved HWangbo from the grenade explosion. (Parang here kase, they’re OK again, like forgotten na yung thing with Sung-baek, or so they thought.)

 

 

† When Brother Noh was killed. I cried too when Mah CHuk-ji went to his dead body and said sorry to him. After all, they became really buddies starting from their time together in the prison to the mountains. (The thing about this series, the bit stories about the supporting characters affects the viewers also, well, it worked for me, at least.) Tapos tapos, before he totally lost consciousness pala, hinabilin niya pa yung daughter niya kay Sung-baek. (Ahhh…)

 

 

† When Sung-baek was going to save Chae-ohk from falling off that hole. Chae-ohk didn’t want to accept his help in the beginning. Conversation ->

Chae-ohk: I won’t beg for my life.

Sung-baek: You can’t even endure a moment of shame, so how will you kill me?

 

The ending? They both fell. (From this moment, I badly want to be Chae-ohk na!!! Imagine being stuck with hot Jang Sung-baek inside a cave! For sure, while falling, I’m praying we get stuck there forever. We-wait, just last night I was saying I would want to drive to Pacific Ocean with Jo Hansun, walang balikan and get lost in the forest with “Adan” Kim Sung Soo and now, stuck in a cave with Kim Min Joon! I’m totally polygamous right now! I’m absolutely in the getting-stuck-with-a-hot-Korean-guy-somewhere-no-one-can-find-us mode today!)

 

 

† When Chae-ohk was helping Sung-baek -> he told her not to bother -> but she still did -> Sung-baek slapped her hand away -> Chae-ohk slapped him in the face -> blood from his lips. Sung-baek hot line: “You are the first person who made me see blodd on my lips and still live. You will be the last.” (Hot huh? (- -) (_ _) (- - ) (_ _) <~ nod nod. I sure sound like a looney tune right now. Watch Damo and you’ll understand.)

 

 

† When Chae-ohk asked Sung-baek why he helped her. Another hot Jang Sung-baek answer: “What would you have done? I did not think, just my instincts.” (!!!! <- pag mga ganyan, wala na kong words to describe what I’m feeling.)

 

EPISODE 12

 

 

† I’m not super sure but I think this is the scene where Chae-ohk hugged Sung-baek who was then having a convulsion. (I’m not sure because the Episode 11 and 12 scenes are all my favorite and they’re all jumbled in my mind, thus confusing me. @.@)

 

 

† Continuation of that convulsion ek-ek. Chae-ohk gives Sung-baek a sponge bath. (Woohoo!) I was O_O when she opened his shirt revealing his chest! *ting ting ting* (Aren’t we getting a little aggressive here, woman?!?! But you know what I was actually thinking at that time? I would have raped KMJ right then, I mean he’s unconscious and all. And with that chest-showing? OMG! Self-control is so not in my dictionary!) And then she hugged him again. (Nakakarami ka na ha! Buti na lang siblings kayo jan…! O_o) Anyways, enough of that chest talk, important aspect of this scene: Chae-ohk saw Jaehee’s hanbok ribbon inside Sung-baek’s clothes, she used it to tie her hair.

 

 

† When Sung-baek woke up and saw Chae-ohk hugging him. Tapos he fixed their position, na…basta super sweet! Parang ginawa niyang pillow yung body niya for asleep Chae-ohk to be more comfortable. (Lucky lucky Ha Ji-won! >_>) The pic is kinda dark. When I was writing this nga, di ko rin malaman kung anong pic ba ito. Eh ano bang magagawa natin, madilim talaga sa yungib!

 

 

† When Hwangbo found the hole and he was calling Chae-ohk but she wasn’t answering. Sung-baek was gonna answer for her when…Chae-ohk covered his mouth! (Totally didn’t expect that! OMG OMG!)

 

 

† When Sung-baek asked Chae-ohk why she didn’t answer when Hwangbo was calling her. Conversaton ->

Sung-baek: Why didn’t you answer? Shouldn’t you at least survive?

Chae-ohk: If it were you, what would you have done? I did not think just my instincts. I’m cold, hug me. (Follow me people, (>n_n)> <(n_n<) (>n_n)> <(n_n<) -> with this dance steps, BE BE AGGRESSIVE! Anyways, you Ha Ji-won you! This is hug # what? I’m keeping track…)

 Eh ano pa nga ba, of course, Sung-baek hugged her. (totally wishing-I-was-Chae-ohk mode *mek a wish* >.<)

 

 

† When Sung-baek told Chae-ohk this before he “dies” -> “I love you. If I’m reborn, let’s not meet again. Never.” (Saranghanda too! If you’re reborn, be born here in the Philippines!)

 

 

† And now for Chae-ohk’s answer (after finding a way out): “Open your eyes, I haven’t answered you yet. I also love you. Please open your eyes. Let’s get out and live together. Don’t die.” (Ack!!!)

 

 

† When Chae-ohk was looking at Sung-baek’s “dead” body floating in the water. Plus there’s the look on Hwangbo’s face as he watches Chae-ohk do that. (That was so hurtful.)

 

 

† When Hwangbo was telling Chae-ohk to run away with him to his mother’s place after he quits his job as commander. Chae-ohk replies that she isn’t right for him because she’s just a lowly citizen blah blah but Hwangbo says he’ll lower himself for her blah blah. Basta ths conversation is long, I wasn’t able to copy everything. The gist is Hwangbo is kind of begging for Chae-ohk’s love. (Pathetic huh? Well, that’s love. <333) But our Chae-ohk thinks she’s in love with hot rebel leader Jang Sung-baek slash mysterious and hot salakot guy slash unknown to her, her hot older brother Jang Jaemo. (Too much “hot” for one sentence. >.<) Chae-ohk dialogue: “The more I bite my tongue, the deeper and deeper I fall for him. I don’t know why. You could have my body, but my heart, is already gone.” (Cmon peeps, join me in consoling heartbroken Hwangbo.)

 

EPISODE 13

 

 

† First things first, (ok I’m not Jeff Probst asking for the immunity before a Survivor challenge start) KMJ is hella hot in this scene!!! Grabe grabe! *breathe in breathe out* Ya ya, he’s still alive. He did not die of the scorpion’s poison after all. On with the scene, I cried lang because Brother Noh’s daughter was crying infront of her father’s grave, asking him when he’ll come back. Then Sung-baek comes and watches the little girl. The little girl goes to him and asks him when his father will wake up, Sung-baek couldn’t answer her and just hugs her while crying.. (T_T)

 

 

† When Hwangbo told Chae-ohk to just kill him if she doesn’t like him. (It sounds so mababaw but it didn’t sound like that when Hwangbo was saying it, I forgot the exact words kase.) Anwyays, so Chae-ohk says, “I’ll end it with one stroke.” When Chae-ohk raised the sword to slash Hwangbo, he grabbed the sharp edge with his bare hands. (Ahh…grabe grabe…tapos super I pitied him kase he pulled off that tears-clouding-in-my-eyes look. Lee Seo-jin is so magaling with that look talaga!)

 

 

† When Sung-baek saw Jaehee’s hanbok ribbon after killing Mah Chuk-ji’s wife so he thought he really killed Chae-ohk.

 

 

† I forgot what happened here….I’ll edit when I remember, lol.

 

 

† Hwangbo gives ahgashi a chance! Love this line, said by Hwangbo -> “I do not love you I have never regarded you as a woman either. The promise I made to marry you, I was only deceiveing my self. However, that is not true now. Now I think I can make a place for you in my heart.”

 

EPISODE 14

 

 

† When Mah Chuk-ji was talking to her wife’s grave, saying that she must be proud of him now because he’s finally an officer. (Cry din ako, I tell you, it’s very touching.)

 

 

† When they were getting ready for the attack and each one is saying thei last words.

Ofiicer Lee: This idiot will die. before getting married.

That old officer guy: Shoot! This is my duty. Minseok…your father…is not a coward. Watch closely…your father will die fighting gloriously for our country.

Mah Chuk-ji: Honey, youre watching me now right? You’ll wait and see, I will break the neck of the scum who killed you…and we will go to you together.

Chae ohk: My lord. I will finally wake up from this endless heavy dream of mine. In this life, you have watched over and cradled me. If I’m reborn, I will watch over and cradle you.

Hwangbo: Chae ohk…Relationships are not solidified when people meet but when they end. Thanks for letting me be with you till the end. (This is the best for me…)

 

 

† When the Buddhist monk told Hwangbo that Sung-baek and Chae-ohk are siblings.

 

 

† When Hwangbo said goodbye to ahgashi before going to save Chae-ohk who was kidnapped, Hwangbo line -> “Forgive me, I cannot give that promise.” (promise of marriage) He lied pa, he said he was going to his sick mother but he couldn’t bring himself to tell her he’s going to save Chae-ohk, I guess ahgashi kinda sensed it though. She’s very sensitive.

 

 

† When Sung-baek wanted to kill Chae-ohk but Hwang kept on blocking him from doing so. He’s just blocking him, he cannot fight him knowing that he’s Chae-ohk’s brother. I forgot the exact events but Sung-baek was saying that he has to kill Chae-ohk because there are hundreds of lives at stake, then Hwangbo tells him, “That girl’s life is more important to me than hundreds of lives.” Sung-baek stabs Hwangbo but before losing it, he tells him, “Jang Jae-mo, that girl is Jaehee. Do not kill that girl twice.” (Shoots! Baket ang gwapo pa rin nilang 2 kahit bloody ever na sila?? Kainis.)

 

 

† When Hwangbo and Chae-ohk were saying their final goodbyes to each other. (Yep, Hwangbo dies first…)

 

 

† We’re back from where we started and here’s the finale…while Chae-ohk thrusted her sword to Sung-bake, he calls her, “Jaehee…” Natigilan si Chae-ohk and he pulled back her sword but Sung-baek grabbed it and stabbed himself. (When I first watched this, I didn’t see that, I saw it lang when I videocapped.)

 

 

† Then…when Chae-ohk was pushed aside, Sung-baek was flooded with bullets penetrating into his (ehem, hot) body. Tinanggap niya lahat yun, open arms, he even raised his sword.

 

 

† After finally absorbing everything, Chae-ohk runs to Sung-baek and hugs him, but the bullets continued to come their way so, Chae-ohk also received all of them. Officer Lee was trying to stop them but already too late.

 

 

† Sung-baek and Chae-ohk fall to the ground and right before they close their eyes, Chae-ohk calls Sung-baek, “Brother.”  (Grabe talaga to, super silent ako for a few minutes at ang tanging reaction ko ay napahawak talaga both hands ko sa noo. Grabe, ang bigat. All 3 main characters died. Grabe grabe grabe.)

 

A far off maountain…

A mountain with a deep green forest…

A destiny…that could not foresee, that divide…

A love I could not measure…

A love that tore apart my heart…

Not again…never again…

Do not live for me…
