EPISODE 10

 

“for a minute” – it's Hj's birthday but he's not home because of work. JS wakes up in the morning and see HJ staring down at her. JS asks why he’s so sad and tired, and JS asks if he wants her to massage his shoulders, but HJ hugs her :wub: instead and said, “can we stay like this for a minute? For a minute…just a minute…” (it’s like he feels peace around JS. Ahhh)

 

“brownout” – JS is afraid of the dark. One night, the power went off. When HJ went home he was wondering why the bulbs were all out. He rings the bell (just like JS told him to) but she yells at him to open the door by himself. Turns out, she can’t move because she’s really afraid. HJ goes into the apartment and tries to get to JS and they get tangled (it was so funny because they were trying to find each other in the dark.) and then he scares her with the flashlight (by mistake.) HJ keeps laughing about JS getting scared and almost fainted! Their position was so cute when the lights came back.

 

-when magnet figured everything out about HJ and GY and went to see JS because he’s worried about her.

 

“grandfather in the city” – it was JS’ grandfather’s memorial service so grandfather and uncle were in seoul. JS goes around Seoul with grandfather They went to the mall, rode the subway (many people stare, but they just walk it off.) In the subway, grandpa was napping and some people were taking pictures of him. They went to a karaoke place, grandpa sang HJ’s fave song, the one he sang when he saved her face at his friend’s engagement party. JS remembers her and ahjushi’s memories thus far.

 

EPISODE 11

“arcade” – HJ is upset again about GY so she brings him to a place where they can relieve their stress easily – the arcade!

 

“heart problem” - They’re coming home and HJ looks at the stars and JS tells HJ to wait in the playground. HJ waits and JS comes with her birthday present for him – the telescope. JS tells HJ to test it out. JS asks what he sees, HJ says the moon, the constellations then JS asks what else he sees. HJ looks into the telescope and sees JS. He does a double take and still sees her… he thinks he’s dreaming and then his heart starts to beat. JS wants to see, but HJ won’t let her and says there’s nothing up there. She looks and sees everything, so she puts the telescope to his eye, but HJ’s heart goes crazy and he says he’s dying of cold and that he’s going to go home. HJ basically runs home and thinks his heart is broken or he’s sick.

 

HJ is at work dazed during a meeting…

“I have a problem with my heart. There’s something wrong with it... I thought there was something wrong with my heart. I’m 28 years old and I didn’t believe in love. After losing my first love, love has never meant anything to me. I thought my heart would never beat for someone else. My heart started to pound again...“

(voice of jong-chan doing a powerpoint presentation:) her name is yoon jung-sook. She was born on February 4, 1986. she lives in seoul. She’s charged with theft. She’s charged with stealing her husband’s heart.

“...I’m 28 years old and I just realized with one thing, I love my wife.”

 

“talking about different things” - JC is talking to HJ. And JC tells HJ he feels so bad about telling HJ’s sister off. HJ meanwhile is too busy thinking to himself what to do with JS and telling her how he really feels. They’re talking about totally different things, but they’re in the same boat, they don’t know that though and the other thinks and the other is listening to them. When they both said, “yes, ill confess!” HJ had no idea what JC is blabbering about. Hehe.

 

“almost“ – JS comes home infuriated because GY bad-mouthed her. HJ is preparing a romantic dinner with food, wine, flowers and music. HJ is all giddy about becoming a real couple and JS walks in, HJ tells her to ring the bell and she tells him to turn off the music. JS takes the wine and pours herself a glass, HJ tells her they have to drink it together, but JS tells him to get his own bottle HJ asks if anything is wrong, and then tells her that all of a sudden he remember the first day they met. HJ talks about their first meeting when he saw JS at the cr. he says she was cute and pathetic. JS was disappointed because she thought he was gonna talk about the windy day incident. JS asked him if while he was wearing the traditional clothes he bumped into someone and remembered them. HJ tells JS that she bumped into a lady who’s so scary he’s afraid she would appear in her dreams. JS was so mad because he thinks that lady (her) is scary. HJ gets mad too when he realizes that JS made him wear the traditional costume because of her first love (him) , he’s jealous. So they fight again and go to their separate rooms.

JS: “I’d die before telling you that my fist love is actually you!”

JS: “I’ll never confess! I won’t!”

 

“JS, I love you” – JS was taken away by the jaegal organization in replacement for GY. HJ was so worried that he rushed to the hide out alone.  He arrives just in time and unties JS. The gang members circle HJ and JS, HJ tells JS that he’ll take care of the men and then JS just had to run. JS didn’t want to, and then HJ said something else… “And one more thing, JungSook ah, I love you… I love you…” (aaahhhh!!!)

EPISODE 12

JS was crying for help and she sees a van of wrestlers. These wrestlers helped HJ beat up those gangsters.

 

“finally!“ - they’re in the hospital and JS is lookin for HJ, he sees that , decided to play a joke on her and pretend he died. JS sees HJ and thinks he died and she cries hysterically saying how can he leave him when she hasn’t tell him that she loves him and he’s her “first love, only love” and that she never loved anyone but him. HJ hears this and he gets up from the bed and asks her if he’s really her first love but then JS gets mad that he played a joke on her so she doesn’t answer him…

HJ: “Is it true that I’m your first love? That guy wearing the Korean traditional costume was me? The tough girl I met on the windy day was you? I’m the one you love? I’m sorry. I’m sorry for not recognizing you. I’m sorry I made you love me first.” (JSruns to HJ to hug him) “I love you jung-sook.”

JS: “I love you too. I’ve loved you since the first time I saw you. And ill love you forever.” (aahh…)

 

I just think it was co cute when HJ was telling GF what really happened with the gangsters. They’re facial expressions are so animated.

 

It was funny when HJ got out of the hospital and the doctor tells them that HJ shouldn’t do strenuous exercise. The doctor stressed that as newlyweds, they should know what he’s talking about. Of course, JS didn’t get it. (so innocent!)

 

“third wheel” – they’re back home and all giddy but SA is waiting at their apt and she decided to stay sayin she wants to help out since HJ got hurt. but really, she doesn’t want HJ and JS to work out. So SA is in their house and the couple can’t get any time to just be alone. Every time they try to get "touchy", SA gets in the way.

 

“youngster’s date” – JC helps the couple and asks SA out. Then they go on a youngster’s date. JS made him dress and look younger. (OMG! LDG is so cuuuute here!!) my favorite part is when they saw an old couple. HJ asked JS if it embarrasses her that he’s’ old. JS answers that it has pros and cons. It’s a good thing that she learns a different view of the world through him and the bad thing is that she didn’t experience the first 10 years of his life. (then they see an old couple) but because they will be together for the rest of their life, just like the old couple, that 10 years wont matter. (ahhh)

 

“hotel” – JS calls HJ telling him to just go to a hotel. So HJ and JS follow him. (It was so cute when they asked the receptionist for one room and was so defensive they said they’re husband and wife and even showed him their wedding rings. The receptionist was like, “did anyone ask?” hehe.) so they get into a room and wash up etc.

but just when they’re about to do it. JS gets so scared that she ran around the room and even beat HJ up. When they got home, SA sees them fighting so she decides to go back to andong. (at leats the incident brought something good – SA’s leaving the house. Hehe.)

 

“wedding night” – the following night, HJ gives JS a present (HJ always gives JS a present after every fight) – an egg timer. (basta the timer with sand inside) he said his giving her time. (aahh..) JS thought hard about it and then she walks to her husband’s room and gets his pillow because “he’ll need it.” So there, they go to JS’ s room, kissed and had their long-overdue wedding night.

Thinking…

JS: “I’m becoming an adult this way.”

HJ: “I’m becoming a husband this way.”

JS: “I’m becoming a wife this way.”

Both: “This is how we became husband and wife.”
