EPISODE 3
I like the next three scenes because they’re all tearjerkers.

-> Sae-hoon sees the ring under the table and finds out the real reason why and how the CPU fell. He rushes to the hospital to apologize to Ji-eun but she’s still mad. Ji-eun goes, “I gave up everything for you, how can you say that to me? How can you tell me to go back to my parents when I left them for you?” Sae-hoon can’t say anything but sorry. (I so pity both of them here.) “Sorry? Can you bring the baby back? Get out!” *cry*

-> JE: “I want to forgive you. I want to say that I still love you, and I forgive you. But I can’t seem to say the words out loud. I don’t want to hurt you..i don’t want to make it any harder on you. But I just can’t seem to act out my feelings. I can’t seem to stop being angry. What can I do? What am I supoosed to do? I think I’m tired of it all.” *cry* (si ji-eun na ang umayaw ahh…)

-> The ultimate break-up…Sae-hoon even knelt in front of her. Ji-eun throws him the ring and says, “Please forget about a bad woman like me. I probably be punished.” (Like hell, you will! But really, she will…waah!! Poor Sae-hoon!!)

-> Ji-eun’s mom goes to Sae-hoon’s place to ask him to sign the divorce paper. Being the horrible lady that she is, she even ridicules him more by asking if he wants a divorce settlement. Sae-hoon tells her, “This is the last time you’ll talk to me this way.” (Remember this line. Wehehe, ang daming ganon no? They will be useful kase in the succeeding episodes.)
-> Sae-hoon is leaving for New York (he was chosen for the student exchange program thingy) to forget and start a new life. On his last night in Seoul, she calls Ji-eun.
SH: “I guess I was under the wrong impression. I guess I was the only one was in love. I should never have met you. I’ll forget you. I definitely will. Ji-eun, let’s never meet again. Never.” (You said there’s no never in this world!)

-> Ji-eun hears from her mom that she offered Sae-hoon money for the divorce. She was so mad at her mom for doing that because that’s too much insult. Her mom slips out that even if she wants to run after that bum (yep, that’s what she calls Sae-hoon), she can’t because he’s leaving Korea that night. Ji-eun wastes no second and drives like crazy to the airport. His dad drives after her worried that she might get into an accident. (Did I mention before that Ji-eun is a bad driver?!??) Meanwhile at the airport, Sae-hoon is looking around probably still hoping that Ji-eun would how up and stop him. Back on the road, Ji-eun’s dad is signaling her to pull over but Ji-eun would swerve left and right to lose her father. (In fairness, nakakatense ang car chase!) When the light turned red, dad got off the car to go to Ji-eun’s car but super duper sadly, he got hit by a car.
Quotes:
“I could hear your sighs all the way from the other side.” – Bok-ja
“Can I finish what I was drinking?” – Bok-ja
“Actually I’ve forgotten about her. I’ve already forgotten about the flat-footed girl who’s allergic to oranges.” – Sae-hoon
EPISODE 4

-> My first reaction: Now I know why Eric is a rapper. (lol. Just leave the singing to sungie.)
Young-eun, Ji-eun’s younger sis asks Jung-min, “Oppa, what do you do for a living?” His super duper hot answer -> “Me? I drink.”

-> Ji-eun goes to the bar where young-eun works because she’s been looking for her. Her sister turned into a rebellious bitch after their dad died. She was gonna slap her after she talked back to her when…she slapped Jung-min accidentally instead! (wahahaha!!)
JM: You feel bad, don’t you? You feel terrible, don’t you? I’ll let you go since you’re pretty. (I think he recognized her from 10 years ago, but she didn’t.)
JE: I’m sorry.
She was abput to leave when Jung-min calls her, “Hey frightening girl!”

-> Bok-ja and her old student Yeo-jin are always funny. Yeojin is now her assistant. Bok-ja and Ji-eun are talking on the phone when Yeojin kept calling, “Producer Nam! Producer Nam!” so Bok-ja hangs up on Ji-eun. She goes to the toilet.
BJ: Do you need toilet paper or something?
YJ: How did you know?
BJ: (sees plant) Hold on. (detaches a leaf from the plant and gives it to Yeo-jin) That’s how our ancestors took care of it. Weren’t they smart?
YJ: How am I supposed to wipe with this?
(Gago talaga si Bok-ja!)

-> And then they meet again…(see there’s no NEVER in this world!) it’s at Sae-hoon’s friend’s birthday party where he’s a guest and Ji-eun’s a maid. He sees her first but hiding behind the curtain. Ji-eun felt him too but when she sees him, he was already walking away and all she could see is his disappearing back.

-> Ji-eun bumps into a lady making her drink spill on her expensive dress (but yucky color, lol). The lady was so mad and started bitching. Then someone spills the lady’s drink too on Ji-eun’s uniform. IT WAS JUNG-MIN!! He tells the lady, “are you satisfied now?”, the lady walks away, embarrassed.
They settle aside and begin to talk.
JM: It’s been 15 hours since we saw last time. Next time, let’s set a time. You must’ve been startled but if I hadn’t done that, that woman would’ve bothered you all night. (Right!)
A waiter walks past them with a tray of orange juice and as expected, Ji-eun starts achoo-ing. Jung-min eyes her, curious about her reaction to the oranges. She tells him, “I’m allergic to oranges.”

(wahaha..this is funny…) Jung-min asks Ji-eun where the owner of the house is. Ji-eun points to where he is.
JM: (whispering) No, no, don’t do that. Actually, I’m from the tax office. I’m here to arrest him.
JE: (worried) But it’s his birthday. He has guests tonight. Can you wait til tomorrow?
The birthday boy slash owner of the house starts walking towards them. Ji-eun was signaling him not to. Jung-min was laughing at her but trying to concede it.
Owner: (to JM) What are you up to now, buddy? (to JE) Watch out. He never leaves beautiful women alone.
JM: You never help me!
Owner: What are you posing as tonight? You told my assistant you were FBI, and got to go out with her.
JM: Don’t bring up my past. All I did was eat with her twice.
The owner left them, and after a while, Ji-eun did too…
JM: Hey frightening girl! What’s your name?

-> Jung-min and his friend (the birthday boy and owner of the house) are talking about Ji-eun.
Owner: Is our part-time worker your target this time? Dream on. She’s been working for us over a year. And she’s very professional and proper. She’s completely different from guys like you.
JM: Do you want to bet on whether she’ll fall for me or not? (picks a rose from the vase beside him) SHALL I START? (waah!! He’s so cute here! As in can’t-breathe mode!)

-> (OMG OMG! -> wehehe..sorry for preempting…) Just like what he said, he’s started that night. When Ji-eun came out of the house, she receives a call. It’s Jung-min, but of course, she doesn’t know that. He’s hiding behind his car.
JM: Your bag’s open (Ji-eun looks if it is) and you have run in your house (Ji-eun checks her stockings)
JE: Who are you?
Jung-min comes out with a rose in front of him.
Next scene, Jung-min is still following her, with his hand holding the rose extended outside his car, but Ji-eun keeps on ignoring him.
JM: You don’t have to accept it if you don’t want. And I won’t force you to get in my car. (yells at the honking car behind him since he’s driving too slow and it’s blocking the road) I can’t leave until she accepts my rose. Haven’t you ever been after a woman? IM MAKING MY MOVES HERE! (cute!!! “I’m making my moves here!”)
JE: Aren’t you too old to be doing this to get a woman? Why are you doing this?
JM: Isn’t it obvious? When a man hangs around a woman, it means he’s interested. Miss Lee Ji-eun, let’s just walk 25 steps together.

-> Ji-eun finally gives in. They had coffee. Jung-min analyzes why Ji-eun is so distant with men.
JM: You’re not the type who never associates with men, but you don’t go out with all the men who are interested in you. You’re not the type who only goes for rich men. So are you just a snob? Women like you don’t have boyfriends. (pauses) I got it. You’re the kind of woman who would only hurt a man in the end. (natumbok mo!) Let’s start a courtship.
JE: I’m not interested.
JM: I guess you were deeply in love and got dumped. Or maybe you dumped him. (Man, are you psychic???)
Ji-eun becomes silent.
JM: I guess it’s true! We’ve met before. And I’m not talking about last night. Maybe I met you in my previous life. (lol. Im warning you peeps, his lines are oh-so-corny!) I’ll give you time to think. Until we meet again. Do I look like a big flirt? Yes, I’m a womanizer. But no one has stolen my heart. Why don’t you steal my heart? (see what I mean? That’s just the start.) I’m not such a bad guy after all. (Waah!!)
Ji-eun leaves…
JM: Hey frightening girl! See you again.

-> Meanwhile, our leading man Sae-hoon is drinking, with the song “and I love you so” on the background. (damn, I love that song!) He sees himself on the bartender who is actually a painter but works part-time for money. He tells him, “You always get what you work for. Depending on what you do at the present time, you could get what you want 10 years from now. Or you might not get it…” (very meaningful..i’m thinking, yes, he has money and career, but the woman he wants is not with him…)

-> Just because Eric looks hot here! (wehehe…walang pakielamanan…blog ko to!)

-> Ji-eun is off to her new client, her boss told her that this client asked deliberately for her. Jung-min was in the same house because that house was supposed to be for his younger brother who died. He looks outside and he sees Ji-eun on the street, helping an old woman, he goes, “There is such thing as fate.” When Ji-eun walked up the stairs to the house, she looked confused why Jung-min’s there, he tells her, “Are you surprised? I was surprised too.” I thought Jung-min was the one who “deliberately asked” for Ji-eun but it’s not him…

-> Ji-eun sees a framed print of the Phoenix painting. She remembers the first time she and Sae-hoon saw and talked about how the phoenix and love are similar. Jung-min says, “you remember now?” He thought Ji-eun was looking at the painting and remembered their first meeting, when she mistook him for Sae-hoon and a phoenix postcard fell, and he picked it up for her, but Ji-eun actually remembered Sae-hoon. When Jung-min explained, only then did Ji-eun remembered him from 10 years ago.

-> Jung-min and Ji-eun go out on their first date. He asks her again about dating. Ji-eun says she can only offer friendship.
JM: Am I not attractive enough? (Of course not, honey.)
JE: If we had met 10 years ago…there’s an obstacle…I’m a divorcee.
JM: Fine, we can start as friends, but I can’t guarantee well remain friends in the end. (Nice!)
When they finished, Jung-min hands her the bill, Ji-eun was a bit shocked, then he leaves. Ji-eun thinks she’s going to pay for dinner, she opens it and sees a post-it with words: IT’S OKAY FOR YOU TO LOVE ME! (So cute! And it will remind you that Ji-eun is fond of doing the same thing 10 years ago, using post-its to deliver things she cant say.) She looks at Jung-min who’s at the counter paying their bill, They smile super sweetly at each other.

-> Ji-eun is at the mall shopping for her client when her old friend from Boston, Mi-ran calls her. What changed in Mi-ran in 10 years: 1) she’s in a wheelchair and 2) she now has a fiancee, who she calls Will aka JANG SAE-HOON. What.the.hell.
EPISODE 5

-> Sae-hoon and Ji-eun were left alone when Mi-ran went to get something. (I forgot what) Sae-hoon tells Ji-eun seeing that she’s shoe-shopping, “You’re still the same, 80 pairs of shoes is till not enough for you. You still live an extravagant lifestyle.” Mi-ran comes back and invites Ji-eun for lunch since they haven’t seen each other for so long. Ji-eun of course doesn’t want to but because of Mi-ran’s persistence, she gave in. IT WAS SO AWKWARD!! Sae-hoon and Ji-eun would exchange glances occasionally.
Highlights:
+ Mi-ran asked how her father is doing and she tells her that he passed away. The look on Sae-hoon face! I was like, tell him, tell him he dies 10 years ago so he would have a clue how he died, but she didn’t, she just told them he died a few years back.
+ MI-ran asks for Ji-eun’s number so they could talk often, Ji-eun takes out her organizer with THE PEN. Her and Sae-hoon’s common pen. I love the look on their faces!!! While Mi-ran is clueless…hehe…I would’ve loved it if she remained clueless till the end so she wouldn’t have done the evil things she did…hehe…

-> We find out JM’s story – he has younger twin brother who died and he blames himself for his death. It’s kinda like windstruck, female version. Lol. And I just wanna point out Eric’s nose – perfect!! Waah!!

-> Ji-eun remembers the day her father died, she called Sae-hoon but only told her, “Why are you calling? Don’t you have any morals left? Don’t call me again.” (I was like, Puch! She called him pala…) And my big question is: why are the pens together??

-> Jung-min barges in her office, grabs her hand and wants to take her somewhere.
JM: Let’s go.
JE: Where are we going?
JM: Can’t you just go along without resisting just once? I have a knot in my heart and I can’t seem to get rid of it. (I think it’s his twin’s death anniv, that’s why he went to his grave earlier) Couldn’t you just spend the day with me today? As a friend, could you go with me?
JE: How did you know ill be here? (she was in the office..)
JM: The Prince always knows where his Princess is. (ahh..my heart melts)
They go to watch a horse race and they were actually winning. So they cheer and when their horse won, they were so happy they hugged. They broke apart but Jung-min hugged Ji-eun again. (waha, I got all the angles! Lol. Wushu, nakayakap agad si Jung-min! 5th pic, look at the people around watching them…lol…)

-> After that, they were sitting side by side, not talking for God knows how long. Jung-min is amazed how Ji-eun can stay that way for a long time.
JE: It’s one of those days that you don’t want to be alone and yet it’s bothersome to be with someone. You just want to be with someone and not say anything. This is my first time at a horse race I got to scream and win 150 dollars. That’s not so bad.
JM: Did you know that I get nervous when I’m with you? You scare me. (Nothing really. Just wanna point out how corny his dialogues are.)

-> Just like what Sae-hoon promised Ji-eun 10 years ago, he buys the villa in Jeju from Mi-ran’s dad. He goes and outside and reminisces the moments he and Ji-eun shared in that villa.

-> Jung-min and Sae-hoon’s first meeting. (wehe, they have a first meeting too? are they some kinda couple here?) I like this scene because both Sae-hoon and Jung-min are wearing swimming trunks! There’s nothing not likeable about this scene. (Lol.) I repeated this scene thrice. (wehehehe…) turns out, they came to the swimming pool to check each other out (not the pervy thing you guys are thinking), since Sae-hoon would be working on Jung-min;s company. They had breakfast (or lunch) afterwards and Jung-min reads his horoscope: You’ll meet your archrival today. (True, indeed!)

-> Bok-ja and Yeo-jin were walking out of the Seolin building when Bok-ja spots Ho-jin. She runs to him and hugs him because they haven’t seen each other for a long time. Ye-jin was shocked because they’re so close. He mutters, “How could he just hug my woman like that?” (wehehe.) Later, he was taking a piss when Ho-jin enters the CR, he tells Ye-jin that he’ll help him to make Bok-ja his. Yeo-jin is so happy about it, he even regards Ho-jin as a “hyung”. I laughed hard when before he left, he peeked at Ho-jin’s thing. (Is that normal? Lol.)

->Ji-eun does her usual work, clean the house and cook dinner for her client. It’s already 10pm but her client isn’t home yet so she calls her boss telling her that she’ll take her leave since it’s late. She placed the ironed clothes inside the closet and was about to leave when notices a familiar coat in the closet. It was the same coat that she bought Sae-hoon 10 years ago. Just when she put it back the rack, someone speaks from behind her, “What in the world are you doing here?” It was Sae-hoon. (Omfg, the house is his! So that explains the phoenix painting in that house!)

-> I just wanna point this out, isn’t the surroundings lovely? I love the color of the plants! Yep, I also appreciate things like this, not just hot Korean fafas!
